Andrew and Jenni with Branch Out Tree Care were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a few things quoted and decided to move forward with one project. Then just before work started, added back in the other project. They were very accommodating. Jenni was awesome in suggesting plants and giving me ideas on what to plant in an area that we added during the middle of the other 3 projects. The butterfly garden and the front of the house turned out perfect! They took down a huge holy tree and an eye sore landscape circle. They did a fantastic job creating stonework around the butterfly garden. They matched the stonework for edging and built a small brick patio just outside our porch. I look forward to working with them again on our next project(s).

Did a great job on removing a downed tree, leaving a clean site, and purchasing & planting a new (younger/better) tree in place of the old one. It was a reasonable rate, didn’t take long, and they got to us quickly.

After a bad storm damaged my fence and I noticed the tree that was holding on was dead, I reached out to try and get this handled. They were quick to respond, make a plan to come out, and extremely professional. Reached out to Branch Out Tree Care initially to remove a tree, but ended up contacting them later to grind down a very large stump, the root ball and pine roots. Much appreciation to J.R., Andrew and Jennie for their responsiveness and for coming out and taking care of this monstrous yard work for us. Would definitely call them again, especially for large stubborn roots. Professional and knowledgeable.

I requested a drop off of two face cords of firewood from Andrew's business. Communication was great and coordination of my drop off was convenient and timely. However, my first delivery didn't go as expected with the crew having mixed in some some lighter material or spongy decayed logs...not oak. I was pretty disappointed. Andrew immediately made a commitment to make everything RIGHT. A second drop off was scheduled and he had me squared up with plenty of hardwoods for my home woodstove for the season. Hope you're reading this as you have my business. I appreciate the personal inspect what you expect and keep things tight with that crew. I recommend this to others for their firewood and home heat needs.

We had a great experience with Branch Out Tree Care. Andrew and Rob were easy to work with for scheduling and the estimate, and they were able to fit us in quickly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did excellent trimming on our trees and shrubs. Everything was cleaned up afterward and the yard looks great.
