We had such a great experience with Branch Out Tree Care! They were incredibly nice, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They were able to come out for a consultation and provide an estimate very quickly, and then got our tree taken down within the week. Their pricing was very fair, and the quality of work they provided was amazing! They did an excellent job, and we would absolutely recommend Branch Out Tree Care to anyone looking for reliable, fairly priced, and professional tree service!

Professionalism and quality service

I had a great experience from start to finish. A large branch split from a mature pine and was overhanging my roof. Andrew was able to prioritize the assessment the next day, despite being busy after a large storm. Ultimately we decided on removing the tree for safety due to its proximity to the home. The work was scheduled quickly. The crew was punctual and skilled, communication was exceptional, and the project management was great overall. Highly recommend.

Andrew came out same day I contacted him, provided a quote for stump grinding/removal from a fallen tree that came down about a month ago. This tree (whatever it is) is invasive and sprouts up everywhere. He & his team did their best to remove as much root as possible in the surrounding area, backfilled the hole with topsoil, and hauled off the debris. He was accommodating to my timeline and got the job done. Highly recommend. I'll add photos.

Andrew and his crew at Branch Out Tree Care just got done providing some much needed tree trimming on my property. I moved in 3 years ago and have never had huge trees before, so I was hesitant about having anyone else do trimming. He came over and did a free quote which took all of 15-20 minutes, we scheduled the day and time for trimming, and now I’m here writing this review because I’m beyond impressed. He and his crew showed up exactly on time for an 8am job, they were polite and professional, and they just knocked the work out. 2 1/2 hours later my trees look so much healthier and I don’t have to worry about scratching my car, a branch falling on my house or fence, or decapitating myself when I mow the lawn. I really appreciate the work, Branch Out!!!

I recently had Branch Out complete a major multi-day cleanup project on several acres of hard-to-access woods. I could not be happier with the outcome and am hiring them for follow on projects to restore native plant diversity. They listen carefully, promptly raised an emergent issue, answered all of our questions and paid close attention to detail. They are focused and fast. We weren't able to be on site for much of the work but this was fine - communications are a particular strength for Andrew at Branch Out. He made this complex project very easy for us. The steep and challenging property had been neglected for a decade or two, so it had multiple dead and dying large trees plus thickets of invasives. As they got further into the property, Branch Out identified several extremely dangerous (alive but badly split at the base, and tall enough to endanger the house!) trees that others had missed. They were able to trim back and save a large maple tree that others wanted to cut. Work included: - brush hogging - clean up of cinder blocks and other construction trash left by previous owners - removal / smothering of extensive amounts of invasive plants like ivy, wineberry, as well as poison ivy. We also had groves of the horrible Tree of Heaven. Proper technique was used to ensure the TOH will actually die, instead of spreading underground. (Other tree services who quoted were unaware of or unwilling to use the required techniques to kill TOH.) - removal of numerous dead, dying or structure-threatening large trees (80' to 100' tall) including several next to a road and electrical wires. - base-cutting English ivy beginning to engulf several trees - identification and preservation of native trees and shrubs - careful attention to protecting the environment, which include wetlands and a stream. At my request, they even set up out-of-way brush piles and log piles which will provide great habitat for all sorts of wildlife. The next phases will be removing the newly identified dangerous trees, then a phased landscape design and installation using appropriate native plants. I can't wait!59

Branch Out Tree Care did an awesome job. A previous company was horrible. BOTC came and fixed the mess and designed an awesome landscape. I would highly recommend them. They cut no corners, show up on time and deliver more than promised. Best Bang for the buck.

Andrew and Jenni with Branch Out Tree Care were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a few things quoted and decided to move forward with one project. Then just before work started, added back in the other project. They were very accommodating. Jenni was awesome in suggesting plants and giving me ideas on what to plant in an area that we added during the middle of the other 3 projects. The butterfly garden and the front of the house turned out perfect! They took down a huge holy tree and an eye sore landscape circle. They did a fantastic job creating stonework around the butterfly garden. They matched the stonework for edging and built a small brick patio just outside our porch. I look forward to working with them again on our next project(s).

Did a great job on removing a downed tree, leaving a clean site, and purchasing & planting a new (younger/better) tree in place of the old one. It was a reasonable rate, didn’t take long, and they got to us quickly.

After a bad storm damaged my fence and I noticed the tree that was holding on was dead, I reached out to try and get this handled. They were quick to respond, make a plan to come out, and extremely professional. I was so worried that the next storm a tree could fall on my house but now I can sleep at night knowing I was taken care of. I can’t thank you all enough for handling this with such ease and care. I recently hired this tree service to remove two large trees and grind 6–8 stumps on my property, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
