We used Andrew and his crew for a large hardscaping project. They transformed our outside space, from old, and unusable to a great outdoor space. We had an existing patio - but everything else was ancient. They removed old wood stairs, and retaining walls, pulled up old paths and carport and redid the entire outside, including a large extension off the carport and a redo or our old french drain/dry river bed. It's amazing, can't say enough about the the whole process. The crew onsite were wonderful. Andrew was amazing to deal with, as was Mario. You guys rock. Andrew and his team were wonderful. We had a large tree that needed to be cut back/crown reduction. I wrote him an email at 11 pm one evening to set up a time for him to assess the work and he responded within minutes and came out in the morning. Upon setting the date he called the day before letting me know what time he would be at the job. They knocked it out quickly and hauled all of the branches away. I spent hours trying to find a business that delivers firewood to King George County. This was one of two places, and the price was almost half the other. The stacking fee was $25, when the other wanted $100. Andrew was extremely helpful over the phone and communicative throughout the entire process. Branch Out did a phenomenal job with extremely large difficult 100 foot tree on Sea Horse Drive, Colonial Beach. These trees were an 80 year old oak with a tiny landing area for dropping huge limbs. These guys did a GREAT job for me in half a day. Stump removal and an obnoxious unknown pine tree that was super overgrown along with landscaping both sides and front of my house. Andrew and his crew did an amazing job removing some large trees from our back yard that were up against our neighbors’ fences and quite an eyesore. Mario (his tree climber) worked carefully and safely to ensure all large branches and trees fell properly without causing any damage to the fences or our shed. He was very skilled and it was obvious that he had a lot of experience with safe tree removals. Wonderful service from Branch Out Tree Care! We had two large trees that needed to be removed due to their roots trying to grow towards our foundation. I worked directly with Andrew who went above and beyond with customer service. He was not pushy but will give his honest professional opinion. He and his team are great at what they do and quoted us a very reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be done (tree, stump, and root removal for both trees). They even cut the wood into firewood size logs upon our request. The quality of work was excellent as well and they got the job done in about a day and a half. We used Branch Out Tree Care to clear about 40 trees from our property. I called and they came same day to survey and provide an estimate. Within a few days they had us scheduled and the job started. I requested a drop off of two face cords of firewood from Andrew's business. Communication was great and coordination of my drop off was convenient and timely. However, my first delivery didn't go as expected with the crew having mixed in some some lighter material or spongy decayed logs...not oak. I was pretty disappointed. Andrew immediately made a commitment to make everything RIGHT. A second drop off was scheduled and he had me squared up with plenty of hardwoods for my home woodstove for the season. When we talked with Rob at Branch Out Tree Care, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price for taking down one tree, and our estimate was free. On July 4th, 2025 half of a huge 90’ tall oak tree came down in the back yard of my home. I got estimates from 6 companies for the clean up of the down tree and take down of the standing tree. Branch Out Tree Care gave me the second best price, but I hired them because Andrew had the best equipment and in talking to him I felt like he had a very professional company and he convinced me that he knew how to take the tree down very safely. The standing tree was very close to the back of my home. I can’t say enough about the outstanding job they did. They had about 8 to 9 people working and it took them two full days to complete the job. I had a friend at the house who does construction management for a living. He was very impressed at how professional they were. Andrew checked in with me several times both days letting me know how the job was going and sending me pictures. They cleaned up all the debris, leveled out the ground from where this huge tree had fallen and seeded and strawed my yard. I was skeptical about calling Branch Out Tree Care, after seeing their ad on FB, but I'm glad I did. Rick came out and looked at the trees I had marked for removal. After his inspection, he identified 2 trees that needed to be removed ASAP, as well as the other trees that I wanted removed. Branch Out came out a week later, and they immediately went to work, and at the end of the day they had cut down 9 trees, hauled the wood away, ground up the branches, cleaned up the area, and graded any gouges, ruts, and tread marks. My neighbor came over and thanked them for cleaning up the area in his yard that branches and trees hit. Two trees removed, trimming of a couple others back from the house, and major work to crown and trim a large maple. A two-man crew did excellent work and all in one afternoon! They left only their work to show they were here -- they cleaned up my yard, driveway, and adjacent street where their truck and chipper were set up. And only sawdust and leaves touched any structure, amazing to watch. They showed great teamwork, communication, safe decisions (as opposed to rushing and risking), and courteous demeanor. Due to a bad storm we had some down trees that were subject in damaging our home, we called Andrew with Branch out tree care and the response time and professionalism from him and his team were just remarkable! Branch Out Tree Care did a fantastic job. The crew worked hard to restore our landscaping beds and create new ones. Trimmed all the trees and bushes and added some new plant material. Not only that, but opened up our view to the river by removing all the small trees and overgrowth and creating some new beds. They not only met my expectations but exceeded my expectations. We used Andrew and his crew for a large hardscaping project. They transformed our outside space, from old, and unusable to a great outdoor space. We had an existing patio - but everything else was ancient. They removed old wood stairs, and retaining walls, pulled up old paths and carport and redid the entire outside, including a large extension off the carport and a redo or our old french drain/dry river bed. It's amazing, can't say enough about the the whole process. The crew onsite were wonderful. Andrew was amazing to deal with, as was Mario. You guys rock. Just wanted to give a major 2 thumbs up to Andrew Dale and Branch Out Tree Care LLC, he came to give an estimate and was able to take care of (the SAME DAY!!!) trimming our 2 large trees in the front and our entire back yard that backs up to a natural tree preserve that was so overgrown into our yard. Branch Out Tree Care just finished two amazing days of work in our yard! Andrew and his hardworking crew removed some trees and topped off others that had become a real headache. He has a great tree climber and stump remover who were both timed perfectly to get the work done in a day. They also did a huge amount of work on our landscaping, giving it a hard cutback that will allow us to enjoy our yard this summer. Their knowledge and attention to detail was impressive. I was looking to order a facecord of firewood to be delivered close to Christmas as a gift.
